Home made paste
This was quite popular in Albania, especially during the communism era. Nowadays people prefer to buy the ready made ones, but it`s not that much fun for sure. I can still remember the times where my mom , or my grandma would make lots of filo dough and let them dry on white sheets. And I miss it so much.
Ingredients for ready made paste:

7 egg yolks and a full egg (white and yellow together)
1 kg of flour
milk (just use enough amount of it during preparation of the dough)

Mix the ingredients as mentioned above to make the dough .
Let the dough wait for a while .Then divide it into small parts. Open each of them into filo dough (the more the better you can go up to 30-40 cm diameter width if you can).Use starch during opening of them as it makes it easier for you to perform.

Continue this way until you finish all the filo dough .
Put them dry for a while over the sheet. Afterwards wrap it in form of rolls and cut them as seen in the picture.
Let them get dried on the sheets afterwards, this time until it`s totally dry.
You can store them in paper or cloth bags.
As per cooking them, you can do it the way you want but in Albania, we generally boil them on the water profited from boiled chicken and in the end mix them with some butter. When cooking them we make sure to never let all the water evaporate with them, so in the end they get quite a soupy form.

Sot po ndaj me ju receten e jufkave te pergatitura ne shtepi nga ime me:)
Per ata qe nuk e dine se cfare jane jufkat : Petë brumi të gatuara zakonisht me vezë, të thara në diell dhe të copëtuara, që përgatiten si zahire për dimër; petë, petarishte, petka.

Per pergatitjen e tyre u perdoren:

7 te verdha veze dhe nje veze tjeter e plote (me gjithe te bardhen dhe te verdhen)
1 kg miell
qumesht me sy teksa zihet brumi

Perzijini asortimentet e permendura si me siper per te bere brumin.Lijeni brumin te vije me pare.Me pas ndajeni ate ne kulece te vegjel.
Me ndihmen e niseshtese , hapeni cdo kulac ne nje forme pete relativisht te madhe si ajo qe shihni ne foto(pak a shume sa petat e ish tepsive 500-ce:).
Vazhdoni keshtu deri sa ti mbaroni petat.Cdo pete vijeni mbi nje carcaf dhe lijeni te thahet pak, por jo shume pasi veshtiresohet prerja e saj me vone.

Me tej mblidheni ne forme ruloje cdo pete dhe priteni ashtu sic e shihni dhe ne foto.

Me pas hapini fijet e prera vec e vec dhe vijini serish qe te thahen mbi carcaf.
Pasi te thahen mund ti ruani ne qese apo kuti .
