Byrecka me rrush te thate


Sot do ndaj me ju nje recete byreckash interesante me rrush te thate.

Per pergatitjen e tyre ju nevojiten:

5 pete te gatshme (ose mund ti beni vete petet nese doni)
50 gr gjalpe
5 te bardha veze
1,5 gote uji rrush i thate

2 molle jeshile
1 gote lajthi ose arra

2 luge gjelle sheqer

kanelle

2 luge gjelle  nga njelloj ereze qe ngjan si susam i zi  (black cumin) per tu vene siper

Se pari lijeni rrushin e thate ne nje gote me uje te vaket per disa momente , pastaj kullojeni qe te thahet.Pritini petat ne forme shiritash.Shkrini gjalpin dhe shtrojeni siper petave .Grini holle ne rende mollet dhe me tej vijini se bashku me rrushin e thate dhe arrat/lajthite siper shiritave te petave.Me tej mblidheni shiritin ne forme muske.

Ne nje pjate perzini te bardhat e vezeve me sheqerin.Pastaj lyjini byreckat me kete perzierje. Siper hidhini kanellen dhe black cumin.


Me tej, ne nje tepsi ku keni vene leter furre vijini te piqen ne 200 ° C deri sa te piqen.
