Buke misri


Sot po ju sjell ketu nje recete buke misri mes shume recetave te tjera qe egzistojne.Mua me terhoqi shija e kesaj ndaj vendosa ta ndaj me ju.
Per te pergatitur buke misri ne shtepi ju duhen:

2 filxhane caji miell
2 filxhane caji miell misri
1 filxhan caji kos
1/2 filxhan caji vaj
2 veze
1 filxhan caj uje te gazuar
1/2 luge sode buke

Pergatiteni brumin me asortimenetet e mesiperme dhe hidhini ne fund dhe ujin me soden.Perzijini serish.Me tej perpara se ta vini ne tepsi (lyeni kete te fundit me margarine dhe pakez miell per te parandaluar ngjitjen e brumit).
Vijeni ne furre me 180 gr C .Furra duhet te kete qene ngrohur ca perpara.
Servireni te ngrohte .Ju befte mire!

    Buk kallamoçi me djath, s’kishte gjâ mâ t’shijshme dikur.
    Ne alpet e thella te veriut, kjo buke ishte e perditshme sepse gruri ishte lluks.
